James Cueva grew up in Miami, Florida. James earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL in 1998. He earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law cum laude in May 2003 and was admitted to practice by the Florida Supreme Court in September 2003. James has spent his entire legal career in South Florida appearing in federal and state courts on behalf of clients in Palm Beach, Broward, Lee, Collier, Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. James has represented clients in jury trials in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.
